Adding Companies

After setting up your own organisation and teams, it is time to add your customers into the system.

The first step to do this is to add companies into CRM360. Companies are organisations that you work with.

To add a new company,

  1. At the top navigation bar, go to Contacts > Companies
  2. Create a new company, and add in the details
  3. Once the company is created, View it
